Mumbai detected most GST evasion in FY24, followed by Delhi: Govt data

The amount of GST evasion detected in FY24 was the highest in Mumbai, at ₹70,985 crore, followed by Delhi, where GST evasion worth ₹18,313 crore was detected, as per government data. Pune ranked third with evasion worth ₹17,328 crore detected. Gurugram and Hyderabad ranked fourth and fifth with detection of GST evasion worth ₹15,502 crore and ₹11,081 crore respectively.
