As voting began for Maharashtra Assembly election, billionaire Harsh Goenka criticised the elite and posted on X, "Men and women of Malabar Hill may not vote today." He added, "They're busy debating whether to take Mercedes or BMW to the booth." He further wrote, "It's the fear of dirtying designer loafers...struggle of matching their Gucci sunglasses with Manish Malhotra outfits."
