Gujarat Cotex rights issue open at 59% discount to CMP

Gujarat Cotex plans to raise ₹42.73 crore through Rights Issue priced at ₹5 per share, nearly 59% below current market price(CMP) of ₹12.24. The issue of 8,54,64,000 equity shares closes on May 8, 2026 with 6:1 entitlement ratio. The company reported 9MFY26 net profit of ₹0.83 crore, up 79.7% Year-on-Year.
