Gujarat man attends court's virtual hearing from lavatory, fined

Gujarat High Court imposed a fine of ₹2 lakh on a 42-year-old man for joining a virtual court hearing from a lavatory. Judge MK Thakker said that the indecent act is not just unacceptable but it lowers the dignity of the court. Separately, a man was fined ₹25,000 for attending the court's virtual hearing from a bed.
