Gujarat man with 90% cerebral palsy memorises 5,000 Sanskrit shlokas

Om Vyas, who has 90% cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, has memorised and recited over 5,000 Sanskrit shlokas and mantras, including all 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita and several other religious texts. Hailing from Gujarat's Ahmedabad, Om has performed in over 500 stage shows. "When parents are recognised by their child's name...it's truly a unique feeling," his father said.
