Gujarat to open de-addiction centres in all districts

Gujarat has approved ₹14.90 crore to set up 15-bed de-addiction centres in all 34 district hospitals under its 'Drug-Free Gujarat' campaign. The centres will provide detoxification, counselling, mental health support and rehabilitation services, making addiction treatment more accessible and reducing the need for patients to travel to bigger cities.
