Gujarat zoo installs sprinklers, ACs to save 1,500+ animals from heat

Sardar Patel Zoological Park in Gujarat's Ektanagar has adopted various measures to protect over 1,500 animals and birds from the summer heat. The authorities are providing frozen fruits, popsicles, coolers, sprinklers, AC facilities and dedicated veterinarians to ensure the comfort, conservation and well-being of animals. "We are ensuring 24-hour water availability for animals," an official said.
