Gujarat's 1st AIIMS built at cost of ₹1,195 cr inaugurated by PM

PM Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated Gujarat's first All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Rajkot, which has been built at a cost of ₹1,195 crore. The PM inaugurated 23 operation theatres, 30-bed AYUSH block and 250 beds of IPD. AIIMS Rajkot, spread across 201 acres, has 750 beds, a nursing college and a guest house, among other facilities.
