Gulf countries losing ₹21,600 crore daily due to Strait of Hormuz disruption

Gulf nations are losing nearly $2.3 billion (over ₹21,600 crore) a day as rising tensions and the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz disrupt global energy flows, according to reports. Saudi Arabia is among the hardest hit, with losses nearing $1 billion (₹9,400 crore) per day. The UAE is estimated to be losing about $350 million (₹3,290 crore) daily.
