Gulf nations will no longer serve as shields for US bases: Mojtaba

Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei on Tuesday said Gulf countries will no longer serve as "shields" for American bases. Khamenei also said the United States was steadily losing influence in the region and was "moving further and further away from its former status with each passing day". His remarks come amid peace talks between the two nations to end war.
