Gurindervir's first coach apologises after he fails to reach 100m semis at CWG

India's fastest man Gurindervir Singh's first coach, Happy Singh, apologised to the nation and the fans after the sprinter failed to reach the men's 100m semi-finals at the Commonwealth Games 2026. "I just want to ask for forgiveness...as we weren't able to give what was expected from us," he said. Happy added, "All we can do now is support him."
