Self-proclaimed godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on Tuesday claimed to have received a doctorate degree from London's World Record University. "World Records University is an autonomous university formed by the conglomeration of Record Books around the World," read the university's website. As per a report, Ram Rahim has 53 world records which include receiving most handmade greeting cards.
