Gurugram has become India's largest market by value for ultra-luxury homes in 2025, overtaking Mumbai. According to latest High-End Luxury Housing Report by India Sotheby’s International Realty and CRE Matrix, the city recorded transactions worth ₹24,120 crore for homes priced at ₹10 crore and above, the highest ever for any Indian city. Mumbai followed with sales worth ₹21,902 crore.
