Gurugram grinds to halt as power strike disrupts water, Wi-Fi

A strike by Haryana electricity employees against a private distribution licence triggered widespread power outages in Gurugram on October 22. The disruption affected water supplies, Wi-Fi connectivity and industrial production, with more than 3,000 complaints reported within 12 hours.
