Gurugram man held for forging papers to get electricity connection

The police have arrested a Gurugram resident for submitting fake papers to get an electricity connection for his rented apartment in Sector 52. The incident came to light after the owner of the apartment submitted a complaint to Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam over the connection. The accused and the owner of the apartment are currently in a dispute.
