Gurugram's Chintels Paradiso gets notice over partial collapse

Gurugram's Chintels Paradiso Society has been issued a show cause notice by the Department of Town and Country Planning over the partial collapse of its Tower D in February last year. The department has alleged that the certificates and documents filed by architects and designers to get buildings plan approvals and occupancy certificates were false and misleading.
