Several high-profile Instagram accounts were hacked after Meta's AI was tricked into changing passwords. Hackers visited the 'change password' section and asked Meta AI to add new email addresses to target accounts. After successfully verifying the code sent to the new address, the AI itself showed 'Reset Password' option, without verifying password change request via the original email address.
