Had no idea what was happening, was traumatised: Karan on Dharma deal

Filmmaker Karan Johar said he was "traumatised" during meetings with Adar Poonawalla ahead of 50% stake sale in his Dharma Productions for ₹1,000 crore. "I'm a creative artist...I'd no idea what was happening [in] those Excel sheets...Your reality is staring at you," he said. "When people tell Adar, 'You've paid so much money!' I say, 'Has he really?'," Karan added.
