The new White House Press Secretary, Katie Zacharia, on why she fumbled during her first press briefing, said she had very little time to prepare and received briefing materials the same morning. In the briefing, which lasted just 14 minutes, she took only three questions and accidentally referred to her husband as "my president". She blamed her hectic travel schedule.
