Haircut & shaving prices increased by 20% in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Nabhik Mahamandal, a top body representing the barber community, has raised the rates of haircuts and other grooming services by 20%, a functionary told PTI. A haircut will now cost ₹180, and shaving ₹120. The hike is attributed to a "sharp increase in...prices of consumables and other materials used in salons" due to the war in West Asia.
