HAL denies reports of Tejas crash, says 'It was a minor technical incident on ground'

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), on Monday, dismissed reports that Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas of the Indian Air Force (IAF) suffered a crash, stating, "The event in question was a minor technical incident on ground." Adding that Tejas maintains "one of the world’s best safety records among contemporary fighter aircraft", HAL said that "the issue is being analysed in depth".
