HAL shares tank 4% after IAF Chief's 'not confident in HAL' remark

Shares of state-run Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) tanked roughly 4% on Wednesday during the trading session. This comes after Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh criticised the company for the slow pace of manufacturing Tejas aircraft. "At the moment, I am just not confident of HAL," he said at the Aero India event.
