HAL to take full control of HATSOFF joint venture from CAE Canada

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% stake in HATSOFF Helicopter Training from Canada’s CAE. HATSOFF is a 50:50 joint venture between HAL and CAE for military and civil helicopter pilot training. HAL will acquire 3,84,04,205 equity shares from CAE, making HATSOFF its wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days.
