Haldia bulk terminal to strengthen industrial supply chain: APSEZ

APSEZ has said its 4 MMTPA fully automated dry bulk terminal at Haldia Dock Complex will strengthen industrial supply chains of West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand. It noted that the facility will lower logistics costs through modern multimodal infrastructure. The terminal includes a 2,000T railway wagon loading system and 1.54 km dedicated rail line enabling direct ship-to-train evacuation.
