Handover Amrapali management to UP if fund issue not solved: Receiver to SC

Attorney General R Venkataramani, the court receiver for the Amrapali case, informed the Supreme Court that if the fund-raising issue for the completion of stalled housing units is not resolved soon, the apex court would have to direct Uttar Pradesh government to take over the company's management. Noida and Greater Noida authorities are opposing fund generation for stalled Amrapali projects.
