Warner/Chappell Music has agreed to pay $14 million to end a lawsuit challenging its copyright over the 'Happy Birthday' song. After the settlement is approved, the world can sing the 'Happy Birthday' song without being sued. A US court, which had ruled that Warner does not own the lyrics of the song, is expected to approve the settlement in March.
