Harbhajan shares video of men under 'zombie drug' influence in Punjab; turns out clip is from Raj

Assuming the footage was from Punjab, Singh said, "The governments have ruined...Punjabi youth." However, Punjab Police later clarified that the video was filmed in Rajasthan, not in Punjab.
