Hardik Pandya ruled out of Afghanistan ODIs within 24 hours of being cleared to play

All-rounder Hardik Pandya has been ruled out of India’s ODI series against Afghanistan, less than 24 hours after the BCCI declared him fit and cleared him to play. He has been withdrawn from the squad due to quadriceps strain. He recently visited BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru for clearance following back spasm sustained while playing for MI in IPL.
