All-rounder Harshal Patel, who was the highest wicket-taker in IPL 2021, has been bought by PBKS for ₹11.75 crore in IPL 2024 auction. He has become the most expensive Indian buy in IPL 2024 auction so far. He was bought by RCB in IPL 2022 auction for ₹10.75 crore. Notably, he had a salary of ₹20 lakh in IPL 2021.
