Harvard, other top universities will study Congress' downfall: PM

PM Narendra Modi, addressing the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, said, "Over the years an important study has been done at Harvard [University] and the subject...is 'Rise and Decline of India's Congress Party'." "Not only Harvard, but many other top institutions will also surely study the downfall of Congress in the future and the people who're taking it down," he added.
