Harvard prof claims to have made nasal spray to reduce COVID-19 spread

Harvard University professor, Dr David Edwards, claims to have developed a nasal spray that could reduce COVID-19 transmission. The nasal solution, called FEND, "suppresses exhaled droplets by up to 99% for up to 6 hours". It is a saline mixture made from only ingredients found in ocean water. FEND comes along with another component, Nimbus, that is an aerosol squirter.
