Haryana announces free cataract surgeries at all govt hospitals

Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini announced free cataract surgeries at all 26 government hospitals and 15 empanelled private hospitals across the state. He also introduced tele-consultation services by specialists at PGIMS Rohtak, inspired by Chandigarh's PGIMER. This service will provide free specialist consultations to residents, especially benefiting those in rural areas, the government stated.
