Haryana bars petrol, diesel vehicles for cab aggregator fleets in NCR

Haryana government has approved new rules for granting licences to cab aggregators, delivery service providers and e-commerce fleets operating in NCR areas. Under new rules, all vehicles added from January 1, 2026 onwards must run on CNG. The move follows a Commission for Air Quality Management direction barring new petrol and diesel vehicles in Delhi-NCR aggregator fleets from 2026.
