Haryana farmers warn of protests over India-US trade agreement

The Bhartiya Kisan Union (Charuni) today held a demonstration against the India-US trade deal in Kurukshetra, and said that the deal will hit the agriculture sector of the country hard. "It has been decided that similar protests will be held across the state at the district headquarters level on June 4," says BKU (Charuni) chief Gurnam Singh Charuni.
