Haryana launches 'Bhu-mitra' WhatsApp chatbot for land, revenue services

Haryana revenue department launched 'Bhu-Mitra', a chatbot that lets users access land and revenue services. The chatbot is directly accessible through WhatsApp. Sumita Misra, Haryana Financial Commissioner, Revenue, said, "Citizens no longer need to visit government offices or navigate complex portals." At present, citizens can avail four core revenue services, she further added.
