Haryana minister Yadav gets drunk & falls into drains: INC leader

Congress leader Rao Arjun Singh has said that Haryana minister Om Prakash Yadav remains drunk and falls into drains. While addressing a rally, Singh said Yadav became an MLA and a minister only because of the blessings of Rampur House. "That's why the people here have rejected him," Singh said.
