Haryana to conduct 'flood mock drill' in 13 flood-prone districts

The Haryana government will conduct a mock drill across 13 flood-prone districts on May 14 to prepare for a flood scenario. The districts included in the drill were selected due to their proximity to rivers and canals, as well as their geographical vulnerability to flooding. An orientation and coordination conference will be held on May 6 before the mock drill.
