Has film shooting started in UP?: Akhilesh on video of lawyer-constable fight

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav shared a video purportedly showing a lawyer and two police constables in a fistfight near Kanpur's Civil Lines area, asking, "Has shooting started at the Film City in UP?" Police said one constable was already suspended and absent from duty, while the other was suspended for misconduct. Preliminary findings suggested that one constable was intoxicated.
