Bangladesh BRICS snub immature, goes against national interest: Hasina

Former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina criticised PM Tarique Rahman's decision to skip the BRICS summit in New Delhi as 'immature' and against national interest. Speaking to PTI, she said Bangladesh lost economic and trade opportunities, and warned that foreign policy driven by personal reactions or political calculations is counterproductive. She also vowed to return to Bangladesh to restore democracy.
