Hatsun Agro Product has completed acquisition of Milk Mantra Dairy

Hatsun Agro Products acquired a 99.84% stake in Milk Mantra Dairy for ₹232.80 crore, finalising the deal on March 3, 2025. This acquisition, involving 1,953 additional shares for ₹0.03 crore, strengthens HAP's dairy sector presence and expands its product range through operational synergies, boosting market share and regional reach within the Indian dairy landscape and enhancing long-term growth.
