Have babies immediately to counter Centre's delimitation: TN CM

Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has urged residents of the state to have babies immediately in a bid to counter Centre's proposed delimitation exercise. Stalin said Tamil Nadu's earlier family planning initiatives would put the state at a disadvantage due to the new measure. The exercise would determine the number of parliamentary constituencies on the basis of an area's population.
