Have 'MIND' diet to cut Alzheimer's risk by 53%

A new diet, called the "Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay" (MIND), can lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease by 53%, if followed rigorously, according to a study by Rush University (USA). The 'MIND' has 15 dietary components, including green leafy vegetables, nuts, berries, beans, whole grains, fish, poultry, olive oil, red meats, butter and stick margarine.
