Have no intention of stopping OYO's IPO: ZO Rooms to Delhi HC

ZO Rooms advocate Amit Sibal told the Delhi High Court that the startup doesn't intend to stop OYO's IPO. The court on September 29 adjourned a hearing in OYO-ZO Rooms case to October 7. Sibal asked the court for the contested seven percent OYO shares that ZO Rooms claims to be kept in an escrow account, which the court refused.
