Hazard 3rd Chelsea player to have scored and created 50 PL goals

Eden Hazard became only the third player in Chelsea's history to have scored and created 50 Premier League goals. The Belgium international provided the set-up for Jorginho to net the deciding goal in a 2-1 victory against Fulham. Hazard has had a hand in 131 goals in the Premier League. The other goal was scored earlier by Gonzalo Higuain.
