HC orders PGI post-mortem, Sector 25 cremation for Daljit Singh

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed that the post-mortem of Daljit Singh, a Mansa district resident, be conducted at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and cremation at the Sector 25 ground. The order followed a petition by his sister seeking a CBI probe and independent post-mortem, amid allegations of police lathi-charge and forcible body seizure.
