HC pulls up BMC over waste management, says 'clean Worli doesn’t mean clean Mumbai'

Bombay High Court pulled up BMC over waste management measures across the city. "Everywhere there is filth...Only because Worli, South Mumbai or Nariman Point is clean doesn't mean entire Mumbai is clean," court said.
