HC quashes case against Kailash Kher over 'Babam Bam' song

The Bombay HC quashed a criminal complaint against Kailash Kher who was accused of hurting religious sentiments through 'Babam Bam', a song on Lord Shiva. The complainant raised an issue with the portrayal of a girl in short clothes and a kissing scene in the video. Kher's counsel argued that he wasn't responsible for the choreography in the video.
