HC quashes FIR against Pune college in 2016 Murud drowning

The Bombay High Court quashed a 2016 FIR against a Pune college teacher and management linked to the drowning of 14 students at Murud beach. Justice Milind Jadhav ruled no gross negligence was established, noting the victims were adult BSc students capable of understanding consequences of their actions.
