HC rejects Kejriwal's plea against ₹25,000 fine in PM degree case

The Gujarat HC dismissed AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal's appeal against an order overturning a Central Information Commission directive requiring Gujarat University to provide information about PM Narendra Modi's degree. The court also upheld a ₹25,000 fine on Kejriwal in the matter. Kejriwal in 2016 had written to the CIC demanding that the Prime Minister's degree should be made public.
