HC restrains state from taking over HMT Jalahalli land

The Karnataka High Court granted interim relief to HMT Limited by restraining the state government from taking possession of its 430-acre Jalahalli property in Bengaluru. The court also barred HMT from selling, transferring or altering the land and prohibited tree felling until the next hearing.
